Sterilization Reels-Flat & Gusset
Sterilization reels have become an integral part of every central sterilization services room/department. Sterilization reels are used to pack cleaned & dried surgical consumables and instruments and sterilize in-house in health care facilities. Made of 60/70 gsm medical grade paper and laminated films, they are ideal to pack sterilizable consumables and devices which need to be sterilized by either steam (autoclave) or ethylene oxide (EtO). Available in widths of 5cms up to 50cms and in lengths of up to 200m, they are printed with steam & ETO sterilization process indicators which help in identifying sterile and non-sterile products. The porous medical grade paper allows the sterilent to pass through and the barrier film maintains the sterility. Easy and fiber-free peel-down properties help in aseptic removal of devices during surgical procedures.
